Why Messy Play?

The Messy Play Group gives children's natural curiosity a chance to reign free for 45 minutes.  In a fun environment they will be enjoying a wide range of new experiences, whilst developing a whole host of vital life skills...this is a great boost for those little self esteems!

The activities they will take part in give opportunities to encourage skills such as communication, fine motor, expression of feelings, problem solving, investigative and social. As they choose the most suitable jug to pour the sparkling gloopy mixture into, that they are just desperate to tell you about, whilst sharing this delight with other children and sharing the tools to complete the job!

Our children's world is all about play and it is through this that they begin to gain some understanding about themselves and the fascinating world that they live in. It just so happens that it is also super fun!
